Project overview
The Rotary Club of Makati Business District (RCMBD) proudly participated as one of the co-host clubs in the Blood Donation Drive organized by the Philippine Red Cross – Manila Chapter, together with several Rotary clubs committed to serving the community.
The activity united volunteers, healthcare professionals, partner organizations, and generous blood donors in a shared mission of saving lives. Throughout the day, donors underwent health screening before donating blood to help replenish supplies needed for emergency cases, surgeries, and patients requiring regular transfusions.
RCMBD's participation reflects Rotary's enduring commitment to Service Above Self by supporting initiatives that improve public health and strengthen communities. Through collaboration and volunteerism, the club continues to demonstrate that meaningful service extends beyond projects—it is about responding to real community needs and making a lasting difference.
RCMBD extends its heartfelt appreciation to the Philippine Red Cross – Manila Chapter, fellow co-host clubs, volunteers, medical teams, sponsors, and especially the selfless blood donors whose generosity gives others a second chance at life.
