Maria Victoria “Bing” Ramos-Daza served as President of the Rotary Club of Makati Business District for Rotary Year 2025–2026 and has run Dazzling Celebrations PR & Events Management since 2004. Driven by her faith and love for community, she also leads the At The Well Women’s Ministry at Words of Life Christian Ministry in Greenhills, supporting women, young girls, and families through uplifting talks and outreach projects.

As a proud mom of three boys—including identical twins Patrick and Peter, who have autism—Bing joined Rotary to create a platform that supports her neurodivergent sons. Raising her boys inspired her heart for inclusion, special education, and helping people with disabilities find meaningful opportunities. Whether through church ministry or Rotary projects, Bing loves using her gifts to turn family love into real help for others.

Joy Roman

President Nominee and Membership Committee Chair
Rotary Club of Makati Business District

Joy Roman is a businesswoman, Rotarian, and advocate for meaningful community service. As President and CEO of JNglobal Finechem Inc., she believes that true success is measured not only by professional achievements but also by the positive difference one makes in the lives of others.

For Joy, giving back is more than an obligation; it is a privilege and a responsibility. Through her involvement in the Rotary Club of Makati Business District, she supports humanitarian initiatives, including medical missions, cancer screening awareness, and Butil ng Pag-asa, a rice assistance program for senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs). These initiatives reflect her belief that compassion, expressed through meaningful action, can bring hope and make a lasting difference.

As President Nominee and Membership Committee Chair, Joy is committed to building a stronger Rotary community by fostering meaningful relationships, welcoming people who share a passion for service, and inspiring members to turn shared values into collective action.

Guided by integrity, humility, and compassion, Joy believes that the greatest measure of success lies in the lives touched and the opportunities created for others. For her, leadership is not simply about what one achieves, but what one can give back.

Her guiding principle is simple: Lead with heart, live with purpose, and serve with love.
